The Background
Penguin Parking is a parking company for cruise ship holidaymakers, based in Southampton. The business had recently been bought by new owner Neil Lewis, who wanted to rebrand, including a new logo and new website. Previously known as Alternative Cruise Parking, Neil decided to rename the business Penguin Parking. As a result he needed to update the company branding, website and business cards.
The Evolve solution
One of the key elements for the new website was to reflect the company’s focus on customer service and creating an easy and pleasant customer experience. We needed to make sure the new site integrated perfectly with a customer booking system which the company had in place, so that anyone who came to the site could quickly and easily book their cruise car parking requirements.

Special features within the site, which help to make it even more customer friendly, include an option for customers to leave their own testimonials, directions on how to get to the car park facilities from anywhere in the country, and details about all of the cruise ships, operators and terminals who cruise from Southampton, where Penguin Parking are based.
The result
The Evolve model has provided a completely seamless customer journey for all users of the Penguin Parking site, while at the same time enabling our client to make their own changes through the website control panel, free of charge at any time.
